The K house, also known as the Prefabricated House or Modular House, is designed and manufactured with a robust steel structure frame and sandwich panels. These units are assembled together with integrated doors and windows to create a durable, cost-effective living or working environment.
This design is commonly utilized in construction sites, mining operations, and oil fields as workers' quarters or site offices. It is also frequently applied in government projects, school dormitories, and disaster relief housing due to its ease of setup and economic efficiency.
Standard units come in parts for efficient shipping and are installed on-site over a cement foundation. All steel components are precision-fabricated, welded, and painted. The assembly process uses bolts for the structure and screws/rivets for the panels, making it an incredibly fast construction method—6 workers can build 100sqm in a single day.
