What is MiC Technology?
MiC (Modular Integrated Construction) is an innovative construction method. By using MiC, the building is substantially completed off-site. This can reduce on-site construction processes and enhance site safety, hence achieving higher productivity.
🏭
Step 1: Factory Production
Free-standing modules with finishes and fittings manufactured in a controlled environment.
🚛
Step 2: Transportation
Modules are safely transported to the construction site.
🏗️
Step 3: Installation
Modules are installed and connected to form the complete building structure.
High-Rise Capability: Our Modular Integrated Construction system can now be built up to 40 stories.
Modular Systems Series
1. Steel MiC
Each steel MiC module is formed of structural steel members as the main frame and RC slab as the floor system. Designed for ultimate limit states. 10-15 days production cycle.
2. Concrete MiC
Capacity up to 180,000 square meters. Includes automatic steel processing, QSPSC certified laboratories, and advanced mixing stations.
3. Aluminum MiC
Main frame, interior decoration, and exterior claddings are all made of aluminum. 10 days production cycle. Suitable for up to 4-storey mobile houses.

Q2: How tall can buildings made with this modular system be?
Our current Modular Integrated Construction system is highly advanced and can support structures up to 40 stories high.
Q3: What are the main materials used in your MiC modules?
We offer three main types: Steel MiC (using structural steel frames), Concrete MiC (volumetric concrete components), and Aluminum MiC (aluminum structural members).
Q4: What is the typical production time for a modular unit?
Steel MiC units typically have a 10-15 day cycle, while Aluminum MiC units can be produced in approximately 10 days.
Q5: Can these modules be used for residential apartments?
Yes, MiC is perfect for residential apartments, as well as schools, hospitals, dormitories, villas, and temporary offices.
Q6: What certifications do your construction systems carry?
