For anyone who wants to build an apartment building, prefabricated and modular building solutions offer a superior alternative to traditional wood, bricks, and concrete. These buildings are generally made into six-sided boxes constructed in a factory, then delivered to the site. Using a crane, the modules are set onto the foundation and joined together to create a single, multi-story structure.

(1) Steel Framework

  • Material: Cold formed steel profiles (3 to 4mm thickness).
  • Surface: Shot blasting, epoxy ground coat (30μm), final vinyl acrylic coat (60-70μm).
  • Fittings: ISO standard 1161 corner fittings, integrated rainwater pipes in roof framework.

(2) Floor Composition

  • External: 0.5mm flat galvanized steel sheet.
  • Insulation: 100mm noncombustible mineral wool (Density: 50 Kg/m³).
  • Floor Board: 18mm Cellulose Fiber Cement Board (CCA), Class A1 Fire Rating.
  • Covering: 1.5mm PVC flooring.

Manufacturing Process

H-Section Process: Steel plate cutting → H section assembly → Automatic welding → H section strengthening → Component Assembly → Manual welding → Shot blasting → Painting → Storage

Shot Blasting: We utilize 10-ramming heads shot blasting machines (Model QH1525) to ensure surface cleanliness up to Sa2.5 Grade.

Painting: Surface coating follows strict standards: Indoor (150μm) and Outdoor (125μm). Primer and finish coats are applied with airless sprayers for a smooth, glossy finish.
