Our Modular Integrated Construction system now can be built up to 40 stories. It can be applied to build schools, apartments, hospitals, dormitories, office buildings, etc. We offer 3 series of MIC with different structural systems, customizable to client demand.

Each steel MiC module is formed of structural steel members as the main frame and RC slab as the floor system. Designed for high durability with a 10-15 days production cycle per unit.

Annual design production capacity is up to 180,000 square meters. The plant features automatic steel processing lines, QSPSC certificated laboratories, and advanced sewage treatment.

Each module uses aluminum structural members for the frame, interior decoration, and exterior cladding. Ideal for mobile houses up to 4 stories for residential or commercial use.
