The XPE XLPE IXPE cross-linked foaming machine production line consists of a granulation system, a mixed ingredient conveying system, a sheet extruder, a gas heating Horizontal foaming furnace and a winding auxiliary machine. This production line is designed according to the XPE production process, specializing in the production of high-quality XPE products.

This foaming furnace is a horizontal furnace, mainly producing chemically cross-linked polyethylene foamed products. It offers large output, uniform width and thickness, high efficiency, and stable production. The equipment set includes an unwinder, a 22m horizontal furnace, a combustion unit, a 5-roller cooling machine, a correction machine, a trimming machine, and a double-station winder.

1. Granulation System: Adopts a 75L internal mixer and 150# single screw extruder with a cooling system. Output reaches 280kg/h. Features PLC integrated control for constant temperature and automatic operation.

2. Master Sheet Extruder: Uses 150# or 160# single screw extruder. Sheet width 500~900mm, thickness 0.5-5mm. Produces uniform surface and smooth finish.

3. Automatic Mixer: Human-computer interaction system with formula input, storage, and automatic feeding. Ensures accurate weighing with no residue.

4. Foaming Furnace: Horizontal gas heating furnace. Foaming range 5-40 times, thickness 2-23mm, output up to 300kg/h.
