The K House, also known as a Modular Prefabricated Building, is an economic design specifically manufactured with a steel structure frame and sandwich panels. It is designed for easy and fast assembly, integrating doors and windows into a complete housing solution.
This prefabricated solution is highly durable and easy to set up, often utilized as disaster relief housing or low-income family housing. The components are fabricated according to strict requirements, with all steel parts welded and painted before arriving at the site for bolt-based assembly.
The most common configuration is the 3K*12K*6P design, which features dimensions of 5.62m * 22m * 5.7H. This provides a 289.89m² area across two floors. A single 40'HQ container can load approximately 280-320m² of materials. High efficiency is a key feature; 6 workers can typically build 100sqm in a single day.
